Hayden Outdoors is a grass roots real estate company and brokerage with a background in the cattle and ranching business. In 1976 Leo Hayden founded the company as Property Exchange, working with farms and ranches for sale near Hays, Kansas. The brokerage moved to Goodland, Kansas in 1981 and became Hayden Inc. In the late 1990’s, Leo was joined by his two sons, Dax and Seth, to help grow the business in multiple states. In 2003 Hayden Outdoors was formed to represent sellers and buyers on farm ranch and recreational properties. Since then the team at Hayden Outdoors has grown and prospered to include over 65 agents and an excellent full time staff supporting the sale of land.
The team is composed of brokers and agents with experience and knowledge in their markets and an affinity to "Do what they say they will". Hayden Outdoors is about honesty and integrity with customers and a rich sense of land stewardship. Our agents know land because they are what the land has made them. We understand land, water, minerals and what is necessary to maximize value for our clients.
Please call one of our excellent associates for information on our company and our services. Hayden Outdoors represents the finest farms, ranches and recreational properties in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Utah, and Wyoming.
We are also proud to be an exclusive partner and co-founder of LandLeader, the largest land marketing company in America.
Hayden Outdoors is built on the relationships between our clients and our brokers, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the farm, ranch and recreational real estate market. Our brokers are passionate about the outdoors and are proud to work and play in the outdoor setting we all love so much. Our buyers and sellers know that the fine properties we represent are the kind of properties we would call our very own.
The team at Hayden Outdoors believes and practices in the following:

Outdoor recreation is deep in our hearts and minds, and it is what drives all of us at Hayden Outdoors. We are truly blessed to work with the sellers and buyers of the fine ranches, land, and farm properties that we have the opportunity to sell, because it is the people that make those places special.
